DESIGN

Design Contract Separate from Construction Contract

We review our design agreement and the stages of our design. This is a separate agreement from the construction contract. Then, we combine your hopes and dreams with our imagination and experience to create our renovation/ recommendation. We are always keeping in mind your lifestyle and taste not ours. This process is done on our state of the art computer program with 3 dimensional modeling so you can see what your project will look like once complete. This helps to alleviate some stress in the project for you the client. You will see the colors on the wall, cabinets and stain color, tile on the countertops, flooring and potential placement of furniture.

DEVELOP

Construction Documents and Contract

With the scope and style of the project defined in the design, construction drawings, specifications, and schedules are prepared and become the basis of a construction agreement. Permit drawings are prepared and submitted to the cities building department.

DELIVER

Construction

Our designer never leaves the project but works in tandem with one of our experienced lead carpenters who is assigned to build and manage your project from start to finish. Consideration is given to your needs and lifestyle during the course of construction. Areas not remodeled are protected to reduce dust intrusion until the project is completed, cleaned and prepared for you to enjoy.
